The Scholarship Committee shall establish and review criteria for the NCA Scholarship Program, making recommendations to the Board of Directors for management of the program. The committee shall be called to order the first day of each annual symposium to review nomination packages for the scholarships and report committee findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors, prior to the conclusion of the symposium. Requirements for the scholarship and package preparations shall be in the format prescribed by the board of directors. Each scholarship check will be made out to the college/university where the winning student is enrolled. There is a two scholarship limit per person.
